Our Process

Preconstruction

Fill Out Our Contact Form
To star your project, fill out the contact form here on our website. After the form is submitted you will receive a discovery call.
Step 2
Discovery call
We will explore your project in more detail and discuss your vision. We want to know what’s most important to you for your home’s transformation.
This is where your project estimate starts.
Step 3
On-Site Inspection
During the on-site consultation, we will inspect your job site and collect the necessary measurements to start your project.
We will also discuss possible conserns and any required materials. Expect a few days to a week for the estimate to be in your inbox. If you’re ready to get your job on the calendar, we will write up a contract and finalize the schedule.
Design & Construction
Step 4
Signing the Contract
Before beginning your project, we will send you the contract and make sure that you understand all the details. We will address any questions you may have, and once you are satisfied, you can sign the contract and set a start date.
Step 5
Project set up
We’ll get the required permits, if needed, and begin to assemble all the necessary equipment and materials to start the project. We take special care in organizing the worksite to remain neat and orderly throughout the project.
Step 6
Getting to Work
At the begining of every job there is what Byron like to call "the discovery phase." This is the demolition phase. This is when we find out if there's a can of worms barried under the windows or siding. If we discover a large issue or you decide to change part of the project now is the time so we can put together a change order.
All the way through the building process, we will keep you informed and will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

Post -Job Clean Up
Our team takes pride in leaving your space clean and tidy at the end of every work day and especally at the completion of the project, We'll do a final walkthrough with the customer to ensure everything looks great before we move on.
